Pretty good benefits. Many, many company meetings, if you like that sort of thing.

Cons

They're rushing to export their development work overseas. They don't seem very concerned about quality, but I guess when you're a corporate behemoth you don't have to worry about the small stuff.

-Very flexible atmosphere and company culture is evolving but not nearly as quickly as competitors -Decent benefits package and fair salaries

Cons

Although Epsilon promotes from within, they are entirely clueless when it comes to the value of their employees. Many employees are top performers while their managers take credit and there is no system in place for evaluating that, making Career growth almost impossible. Not to mention they are overpaying employees like Relationship Managers and VPs while the actual workers, developers, analysts etc are underpaid and overworked. The company cannot stay in the green for long simply because they are losing good people on the ground level.
