Pros

They'll hire you because the turnover is so high.

Cons

Projects are over-sold to clients with outrageous claims of competence but the truth is projects are understaffed. Management cares nothing about people despite 'work/life balance" claims. 60-80hr weeks are not unusual. Relationship managers not technical and, since it is a sales/marketing company, over-promise. Please the client at all costs (which really means cover for our stupidity and gross inability to properly staff a project) is the norm. Managers incapable of growing their staff and management of career paths is boiled down to length of service, not capability.

Pros

There are no "Pros". Company is getting driven into the ground, quickly. Unlimited FTO - sure nice if you EVER get to take time off

Cons

Employees have been strung along last year (2025), told there would be Merit Increases -- should have been in March 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told it would be in July 2025 (didn't happen); then we're told would have a meeting in Sept 2025; there was a All Hands call and we we're told ONLY Top Performers would get a BONUS, and no one else. Then, in Jan 2026, there was money Allocated for FULL Merit Increases for April 2026. NO Senior Mgnt Communication. It's the end of March 2026 and we are told from our Managers (NOT Senior Mgnt) that there would NOT be any Merit Increases, supposedly "tabled" until July 2026. Time will tell.

Pros

Some very nice and smart people work here. I've learned a lot about the industry. Work life balance is generally good compared to some other places. Hybrid work environment (and it appears that won't change). Overall, not a bad place to work.

Cons

Below average compensation, delayed raises that don't beat inflation, very slow upward mobility even for top performers, recent layoffs
