Pros

They used to have good coffee, but now everyone is remote.

Cons

They really don't care that much about employees. HR and Sr. leadership talks a good game, but their strategy is to move to a cheaper offshore/college grad internship model. They use tendered employees to train offshore resources and college grads. Once the knowledge transfer is done they will let you go. Since the acquisition by Publicis, Senior leadership has been in a Fear Factor mode. In order to make numbers they lay people off. It's a reoccurring theme with this outfit. Epsilon's products are behind competitors and the gap is growing daily. It’s really a joke what they charge customers for a sub-optimal product. There are better and cheaper options on the market and they are losing to them. They compare themselves to a Google or Salesforce, that they are not. Don’t waste your time.

Pros

Absolutely no pros at all with this company.

Cons

Terrible leadership that has absolutely no vision. Talent is leaving at an alarming pace. The company was offering $4k bonuses if you referred a candidate. In today's labor market having to buy names of people to hire tells you how bad this culture is to wort in.
