Pros

Nice people *mostly* Unlimited PTO can be nice, but most don't take it

Cons

Growth is impossible. I've been at the company for almost a decade and getting promoted is like trying to walk on water. You can be performing at the next level for YEARS but they will not promote you because of their terrible process. Opinions are not heard or taken into consideration. When I've brought up issues I'm told to "try and make it work" or "hold on for a little" instead of action being taken. Salary is outrageously LOW for my position and area. As you can guess, I'll be leaving the company and will not recommend to anyone. Sad because I really wanted this to work out, gave it almost a decade. But it's time to cut the loss.

Pros

Projects are engaging. You will learn a lot. Everyone is talented. It's a great place to grow your career. Epsilon has a lot of opportunities to try something new.

Cons

Specific to the healthcare side of the business. Busy hours, overworked. "Day's of Rest" you are expected to be available. Terrible management and senior leadership. The client is told "yes" no matter how it affects the team and expectations are not set with the client. There is a lack of respect. HR does nothing but lip service. If you have issues involving HR your best bet is to leave rather than expect change. Team members are kept up all hours of the night overnight projects and not compensated properly.
