Pros

- Awesome benefits -Decent work/life balance - Corporate culture is positive

Cons

- Extremely sexist workplace in the West Chicago IA department: sales team is all men and production team is all women. Management in the department and the salesmen treat the production staff as they are their personal secretaries - The department head is deeply unprofessional: screams at staff even from other departments like IT, only holds salesmen accountable for their numbers not bad behaviors or incompetence, primarily uses team meetings to harangue staff - There is no room for growth on the production team only lateral transitions to less sexist departments

Pros

Not much. After working there, you will have good reference of bad working place.

Cons

- Bellow average benefits - No vision, no leadership - Backstabbing is normal day-to-day routine - Off-shoring without clear strategy, vision and management - Lack of moral - PTO concept does not work. You will not have time off when you want - Complacency on all layers - HR is writing phony positive reviews on job sites. That is in their job description Petty and lying management and executives who will do anything to keep themselves in their position. Most of capable people has already left, technology is outdated so no real opportunity for growth. No professional challenges. Do not believe their "sweet" talk during job negotiations. You will not have any opportunities in Epsilon. Go somewhere else.

Pros

Free lunch on Fridays.

Cons

Advancement if via social clicks and/or personal favorites. No matter how talented you are, if your supervisor and his pals don't like you, you will never move forward and can be a target in making your work life horrendous.
