Pros

Broad range of marketing services to be engaged with, for the time you are there

Cons

They cannot pull it together fast enough. All the units are independent and not cooperative. Management cost cutting is a priority, with many jobs moving to India. At the same time, management, unable to integrate synergies, manages quarter to quarter. So if you work here, just be prepared to play the game. If your position does not show promise, leave -- or they will eliminate you.

Pros

From a tech standpoint they allow you to be very hands on and it is a great place to work if you are just out of college and plan on only staying a few years. They will allow you to touch a lot of advanced technology that most out-of college grads wont get to see for several years.

Cons

You WILL be out sourced. Or as they call it, "in-sourced". While Epsilon was good to me, I left because the pay was well below industry standard. But since I left 3 months ago a large number of my team have been laid off. The hours are long, the benefits are terrible

Pros

Get work from home 2 days a week. Nice looking offices. Can wear jeans.

Cons

Very untrustworthy. All work is going overseas which is leaving Americans unemployed. Some clients don't even know their work is going overseas and they are being overcharged when it does. Next year we are suppose to have unlimited PTO which is just going to be another scam. Now you won't earn time or have earned PTO paid out to you when they lay you off and your time off can be denied any time or turn into an on call day.
