      Some goods & LOTS of bads

      Pros

      Lax dress code (jeans & button shirt/collar shirt), Free Food on Fridays, convenient locale, mostly friendly co-workers.

      Cons

      Politics that hinder individual growth, lack of recognition, inconsistent structures for data and design, poor management, poor communication, roll out of product changes without properly updating all affected stakeholders.

      Good company, good benefits, decent pay

      Pros

      Epsilon offers good benefits and many development opportunities, also you can work from home if needed, free lunch on Fridays, dress code is casual.

      Cons

      The pay is relatively low, raises are practically non-existent and busy season falls the holidays so no time off is granted during that time. Advancement opportunities lacking.

      Pros

      Epsilon is known for great benefits and good pay. If working in an office like in Colorado there are a lot of perks like free beverages, a cafeteria, and many fun event. The work can be challenging and always changing with the industry. The company tries to acquire other companies to stay ahead of the competition,

      Cons

      There is a lot of turnover and often good people are downsized or let go. Not a feeling of job security.
