Pros

Good company with solid growth and well-reasoned market positioning.

Cons

Some executional challenges in integrating all the various offerings smoothly. Also difficult to get clients to fully buy in and commit to the value proposition promised by putting all their eggs into the Epsilon basket.

Great company but doublecheck your department

Pros

One of the last companies to offer actual benefits to employees, not fake benefits like "bring your dog to the office" or "the fridge is stocked with beer." The company is profitable, it invests in the acquisition of businesses that enhance growth and generally is on a strong growth path.

Cons

Some departments enjoy greater autonomy and control than others, whether they deserve it or not. Check LinkedIn to see if there are a bunch of former people in the position/department/line of business your looking at. If you don't find any, know that you can probably have a happy career at Epsilon. See a lot? Avoid it. Teams with high turnover tend to continue to be unhappy.
