1. Little immature HR policies 2. False promises made while interview like Onsite opportunity (short term), but post joining found that no chances of any onsite 3. 1 month notice period (Later found to be 2 months in offer letter only)

Creative, friendly, dedicated, lots of energy, flexible and collaborative work environment. Learned a lot on an intense 2 month system build.

Cons

You really have to put in the time and effort long term in order to be recognized, would think that if the performance and dedication is there, the rewards would come quicker.
