Pros

None really, good co-workers though

Cons

Employees treated as commodities. No respect, flexibility . Horrible PTO/sick leave policies, long working hours Managers all get a big raise n the actual team gets no recognition... Lack of flexibility makes work/life balance very hard to achieve...

Pros

1. You would have a good bunch of co-workers , who are equally beat down and ripped apart from over work like you. 2. Job Stability. One of the very few companies to hire even during the heights of recession. 3. Flexibility to work from home when required but it’s also a curse. 4. Epsilon relies more on traditional coding and scripting techniques as supposed to using readily available industry software thereby creating more jobs. 5. Recognition & reward for your performance( In most cases)

Cons

1. Very poor work life balance. You have to work at least 50 - 60 hours a week. This number goes up greatly if you are on a new build. 2. The management doesn’t care about team cohesiveness when selecting the team members. There are cases where you are left to work with someone who doesn’t care much about what you are doing, thereby creating more burden. Please take your time in hiring your employees rather than filling the position just for sake of it. 3. The management doesn’t care about the employee satisfaction. 4. For heaven’s sake please get rid of those ancient machines you call Laptops.
