Pros

It's a good company with good work culture. Everyone is respectful. The organisation is flexible with respect to working model , while they don't have a full remote role , they have a good hybrid option. There are regular team activities every quarter, there are good projects which utilizes both old and new technologies

Cons

The promotion cycle is sub par , and sometimes deserving employees do not get promoted even though they have experience. The Salary compensation is also on the lower side. I don't think they pay well enough based on industry standards
