      Pros

      Nice new building. Nice cafe. 24/7/365 building access for workaholics. Decent handicap and EV charging options, including handicap parking EV chargers. Work from home options. Pay is not competitive, especially if you’ve been there more than a few years.

      Cons

      If your career minded and hopefully that your hard work will be recognized and lead to a promotion or even just being recognized for going above and beyond can look elsewhere. The company has their own agenda and typically doesn’t publish positions or if they do the position is often conveniently already been filled - look elsewhere.

      Pros

      Company tries to motivate their employees by doing lunches and sports events give aways.

      Cons

      Logistic department is constantly short staffed which cause people to easily burn out. Overworked for the workload that is provided on a daily basis. The department is seen as low hanging fruit even though the supply chain process of the company revolves around the department so everything is always on them to solves issues with supply chain even if its out of their control. Planning and finance department directs their duties to the department that is already overworked and gets away with it because there is no management push back.

      I Had Hopes

      Pros

      Mon-Fri dayshift hours as long as it's not the end of the month. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      Upper Management has no idea what responsibilities fall on whom. They praise the wrong people for the hard work of others, and promote according to that. They hire new employees and pay them equal to and sometimes more than employees who have been with the company for years and carry a higher level of experience. Management is worse than ever and is more worried about what's going on in the California location.
