      Pros

      Company tries to motivate their employees by doing lunches and sports events give aways.

      Cons

      Logistic department is constantly short staffed which cause people to easily burn out. Overworked for the workload that is provided on a daily basis. The department is seen as low hanging fruit even though the supply chain process of the company revolves around the department so everything is always on them to solves issues with supply chain even if its out of their control. Planning and finance department directs their duties to the department that is already overworked and gets away with it because there is no management push back.

      Good pay Not many people in office Options to work from home Located in a nice neighborhood next to police station

      Cons

      Management never was accessible Makes you get vaccinated if not makes you feel like an outsider and puts you away from people even if you have a medical reason not to Security could never help in an emergency Some employees were very rude including management Restricted travel Parking is awful It, HR and Security are not friendly at all
