Stable. Even if you screw it up, you will still have a job there.

Cons

Stable. Tons of people from the past century, lots of mediocre people that after decades working there, are now in leadership positions and don't want you to rock the boat. Leadership is definitly very poor and the company lacks strategic direction and vision.
