Pros

My time as a Customer Service Representative at Equifax was excellent. The training provided me with the skills I needed, and the support from colleagues and management was great. I felt empowered to help customers effectively, and the tools available made the job easier. Overall, it was a rewarding experience, and I would recommend Equifax to others looking for a customer service role.

Cons

However, there were some downsides worth mentioning. The workload could be demanding at times, especially during peak periods, which occasionally made it challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
