      Experience can change based on direct boss and COE lead. Some are not good. Benefited, especially health is not good.

This data has been incredibly helpful in framing what our employees value most. "Employees as Consumers" is a very important concept at Equifax.       supervisors are just the ones who stayed the longest, no room to advance, micromanagement

Over the last 5 years, we have been building and deploying leadership programs at all levels of the organization to ensure our leaders have the skills required to create the environment we aspire to create.
