      Pros

      Chandigarh is the best place to work . No traffic issues . No pollution issues. Descent salary and quality life , much better than Bangalore or Noida.

      Cons

      Working hours are flexible but , sitting of 8-9 hours is must.

      Join only if you can handle toxicity

      Pros

      Not much pros, Tax Saving and Reimbursement Policy Structure is good, Few colleagues are good

      Cons

      The work culture here is pathetic . There is a manager who only thinks about work and doesn't care about anything else. He is the most biased guy ever, he only supports a couple of team and ignore others . Also in appraisals he only considers his favorite people and the gap between hike percentage is way higher than one could imagine. He himself doesn't possess that much of knowledge and also brainwashing senior management with his thoughts . Also there is a constraint on in time i.e 10:30 am but out time can be any time after 7:30 pm . It can go up to 9:30 pm and again sometimes you need to work after reaching home
