We're glad you appreciated the opportunity to work in different departments to explore your interests, this is something many graduates share as a key benefit of our Rotational Program. We understand your desire to know which team you may be offered full time as soon as possible however due to the nature of the Rotational Program this is not possible in most cases (it is a 1 year program and decisions are made towards the end of the program). We feel that we are transparent about this during the interview process so that people who join us are aware of the process and what to expect.       Equilend to Stonewain Systems

      Initially everyone was very helpful. Equilend folks are very nice and approachable.

      Cons

      I was working for Equilend, but I was a BA on the Stonewain Systems, Initially the manager was very nice to me, then eventually. I was getting teams messages and emails after hours and on weekends. When I needed help, nobody would be there to assist then the expectation was for me to learn Security Lending and Spire after hours and on weekends. The environment is very toxic here specially if you are on the Stonewain side of things. The manager works till 2am and on weekends, and he doesn't have a life, he expects you to be plugged in at all times, he does not care if you have a family, or are on vacation. The expectation is to take laptop with you, so they can reach you. They need to change as a business organization.
