Pros

EquiLend has been a great place to work so far. The team is supportive, onboarding and training are well-structured, and there's plenty of help available even if you're new to the finance domain. The company offers good flexibility with remote work options, which makes it easier to maintain work-life balance. Overall, it's a positive and collaborative environment where learning is encouraged.

I have spent over 12 years at this fast paced company and have witnessed consistent growth opportunities throughout my journey. The company fosters a positive culture where people are genuinely supportive and approachable. Leadership encourages career development, and there's a clear path for advancement if you are proactive.

Cons

While my experience has been largely positive, as with any organization, there are occasional challenges with some managers micromanaging which can have a negative impact on individuals.
