Work Environment is good and comptitive.Employee get good salary hike and bonus. A hybrid work policy we get anually 100 days WFH.

Cons

There is no such negative side of this company.

Product is good and Junior software developers are helpfull. Office location and facilities are good

At chandigarh office , Very bad corporate culture, Nepotism ,HR policies are random and poor. low on Employee engagement and well being. Long working hours . Poor and selfish senior management
