Product is good and Junior software developers are helpfull. Office location and facilities are good

Cons

At chandigarh office , Very bad corporate culture, Nepotism ,HR policies are random and poor. low on Employee engagement and well being. Long working hours . Poor and selfish senior management

Salary was decent at best. Most coworkers were nice. Convenient commute.

Cons

Management does not invest in their employees' growth. Will keep poor performance a secret until it's too late for anything to be improved upon. Job security is beyond awful.
