Free snacks and soda Bonus at the end of the year Schedule is weird but works out sometimes Standard built in OT of 8 hours for shift techs

Cons

People Management No career moves Alot of Lazy techs that make it a not fun place to work. Management is inconsistent-baby the lazy techs and let the good workers pick up the slack.

Cons

Management of the Opportunity Development Team (ODT) do not possess the experience to manage the task at hand. Many HR reports against the management of this department, going all the way up to the director level. They Rig the system in their favor, creating allot of smoke and mirrors of activity for the C level management. This department is stressful and micromanaged. It's sad that the team members of this department feel uneasy around the management.
