      MNC Culture, Great Working Environment, Friendly People

      Cons

      Not fair appraisal, HR favoring the senior management in hiring and promotion without proper validation (director to senior director promotion happening without proper validation by HR) and also in director levels. C level team is not aware of many of these practices.
