Paid well for an entry-level position.
Cons
Management showed people a concert where someone was peeing on someone when reported it was ignored. Was hired for higher-level work was put as a basic tech and told to get over it. Everyone there trying to prove they are better than you so they can try to move up and show management that you suck don't let them move up. Talk down to you while training or make sure you get the worst work they don't want to do not act as a team throw the new guys to the wolves. Each building has 2 management if you got 1 building everyone was great and not toxic the other 2 are stressed and toxic even on slower days.
