All of the people who work here are absolutely great. The issue is that there is not a standard set of procedures for operation from Department to department so nothing is defined therefore it seems unorganized in certain aspects

Cons

No operational SOP's makes the billing and scheduling process confusion with sales

If you want to feel valued as an employee, if you want to be paid what your worth, the this isn't the place for you. Pay is well below industry standards, raises come if the manager feels like it during that month and they are a few cents.
