      Pros

      Good benefits, great work/life balance, gained a lot of skills in the job. Co-workers were helpful.

      Cons

      In the years I worked there they switched CEOs several times and constant re-orgs caused a lot of chaos. There seems to be a total lack of direction in upper management.

      Good benefits, pto and 401k match. Promote from within and good job security. Not too demanding.

      Cons

      Not super organized and trying to play catch up on using current support tech (smartphones, tablets, etc)
