      Two faced leadership prone to lying

      The local hardworking people. And many of the low level managers that are repeatedly asked to do more with less.

      Cons

      I was one in a multiple line of employees who were repeatedly lied too. This company destroyed the culture and employee morale of five highly succesful family companies who had been in existence for decades. The "leadership" team enjoys their suites at basketball games and high priced steak dinners when some employees hadn't received a raise in years. If you take the offer, put your guard up right away. Chances are one of the VPs, Directors, or branch managers will lie to you within the first month.
