      Pros

      Onboarding is excellent! You will be overwhelmed with tasks, training to complete, and meet people that have no barring on your job. They have the best ones try to articulate the success of ECI.

      Cons

      They talk a good game here, about how supportive and caring people are without the follow through. Many positive interactions that don’t translate to the work. Poor training approach that doesn’t allow you to assimilate to their system. Talk of a work schedule was established the first day and was still kept late each evening for the first week. Not a way to inspire people to work hard!!

      Pros

      Excellent team of dedicated people. Growth and adding more employees with opportunities for advancement within if you work hard and deliver results. Employee owned company so the profit sharing is hard to beat and share price steadily risen for many years. Excellent benefits that are more affordable than other companies I have worked for,

      Cons

      With growth comes change and some people haven't been able to adapt or keep pace. Some longer tenure employees don't like change and don't always see it as positive. But to most, the direction of the company has been viewed very positively and the ESOP reflects the performance.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent. Focused on wellness.

      Cons

      Almost no diversity at all. No appreciation for diversity in thought either. A select few bullies at the top control everyone by manipulation and intimidation. You are either in the club or an outcast. If you are a "yes man" you will go far. If you give any resistance then prepare to be black listed. Everyone at the top looks the same, thinks the same and they love the echo chamber they have created. Change management is impossible because no one will ever admit that anything needs to change in the first place or will only support if it was their idea so that they can take the credit. So many employees are on the brink of leaving and go home everyday hating their jobs. It is sad that so many people feel so miserable and stuck.
