Equipment, both hardware and software, provided to perform required tasks is kept current. It is generally pleasant dealing with in house requests for drawings.

Cons

General understanding of what is involved in CAD drafting is lacking within the company by those making requests, therefore turnaround time expectations are unrealistic.
