Pros
*Loved the customers. Love the work. Love the team. Would have loved to stay 20+ years for the team/customers alone.
Cons
*Seems that the customer focus is lost. Successful customer outcome 100% of the time doesn't necessarily mean a happy customer. Happy customer's call back. *Spend so much time spent looking at metrics and billable rate that the customers started locking up their wallets when you walked in the room. Yuck!
