Unflexible work schedule 50% of the time Out of town work You never know what hours or jobs you will be placed on There is 2 busy seasons (spring and fall) that last a month at least.

Challenging work, managers that give you autonomy, great benefits that keep improving, talented coworkers and professional growth opportunities. Management team listens to employee concerns, President communicates monthly on the business and allows employees to ask questions. Never had that open communication in any other company I’ve worked for.

Cons

Workload can fluctuate based on market conditions. We are committed to our customers and they can be demanding, but that customer focus is what makes us the best at what we do.
