Location and living on site. I had a great team Loved working with them.

Cons

Poor management All my team mates quit with new "manager" Don't care about dedication or being at work on time or whenever needed. No room for advancement, unless you have college.

Pros

Pretty place to be working outside. The nature of the work is enjoyable most of the time.

Cons

Unfair pay practices. Loyalty, hard work, and dedication is of no consequence to the company. Low pay coupled with lack of interest in retaining good workers on the part of the company. This meant little help for the extensive work that should have been completed.
