      Flexible schedule with excessive hours and poor communication

      Pros

      The job is flexible with your schedule. The company offers decent paid time off and is generous with insurance and 401(k) matching for managers.

      Cons

      Once salary, you will be working more than 40 hours per week. Corporate throws red tape over everything. Communication is slow, convoluted, and it seems like there are more employees than are necessary to be effective. In all the time I've worked for the company, I don't think I've communicated with 1/3 of the departments that exist.
