Typical corporate job. They want top work for little money. They cut many positions and expected employees to pick up the slack for no more pay. Residents and weekend visitors expressed concerns about the bare bones staff that affects their needs and customer service. Store manager did little other than milk her hours, treat employees like crap, gossip about guests and residents and went unchecked destroying the staff

Pay is not great and the only hope for a decent raise is to be promoted to another job, but you cannot work other roles remotely. Upper management is out of touch with it's employees' needs. You do receive incentives for some departments but you are not able to track and calculate them. Most employees second guess their incentive pay.
