Unhealthy work environment. A culture that you should be working all day because you are salary. I received work calls and actions on days off. I'm typically use to working on multiple projects at once, but this particular company has no limits to how many projects you should be working on at once. I found myself overwhelmed with the only offer of help being "this is just how it operates."

The company does not value employees enough to pay them a livable wage. Under paid and over worked. Preaches “company culture” but rarely does anything to change it.
