FEW of the upper management have are empathetic to the reality of onsite managers. Some other property managers assist new managers when they can.

Cons

Unrealistic demands and expectations without providing training, staff or funds to accomplish the dictates. Emphasis on "sales" rather than property management and resident satisfaction, devalue staff and threaten "discipline". Disjointed software and reporting requirements with a distinct lack of pertinent and timely training. Lack of support and cohesive instruction. Nasty, negative employees are kept on despite complaints - likely due to low wages.

Flexible schedule, employee discounts on camping and rental units at campgrounds.

Cons

Favoritism, failure to discipline when needed, people got away with long lunches and leaving early no one in management stepped up to do anything about it. No way to move up.
