I have been with the company for 9 years and love it. I work in a beautiful place and have lots of support from upper management. I am not micromanaged and am allowed to to the job for which I was hired.

Beautiful properties, good working relationship with upper management, ample training opportunities

Cons

Unreasonable workload in reference to reporting. Not much time to do actual managing of our communities. Pay scale fair, but incentives and benefits for accomplishment have been slashed. Insurance options are too expensive with huge deductibles.
