Pros

None, just a job and your just a number. In fact numbers is all they are interested in that increase the bottom line and earns money for share holders.

Cons

To much to do, to little pay for what you do. Terrible training if any, Health Insurance is expensive. Constant corporate employee turn over.

Best Corporate Structure

Pros

The support from corporate is amazing! Training is mandatory but always fun and exciting! There is an internal university within the company which is helpful. Learning and Development Department is awesome! Upper management work with you!

Cons

Not being able to have relatives in supervisory positions. Families tend to work at resorts from a young age and these individuals are well rounded for promotions and the knowledge and experience they bring can not be matched!

Great people and a great business model. It is a fast paced and highly collaborative work environment. Top management really cares about the employees and the customers.

Not a lot of process documentation
