Great people to work with on the property level, potential to make good money

little to no training, insurance is terrible, absurd amount of reporting, high expectations on sales meanwhile providing little support or assistance

There is a lot of employee talent at Equity LifeStyle Properties (ELS). The portfolio of high quality manufactured home communities and RV parks is second to none. There are a ton of resources and experts within the company to help solve the most difficult of issues.

Cons

Because the company is so large, it can sometimes be challenging finding the correct person to help resolve issues that may arise.
