Pros

First and foremost the people. I have developed a lot of good friendships. Secondly, I love what I do. I help people with questions regarding the software they use. Not all are too computer savvy so I have to be gentle with them. They are so appreciative.

Cons

A few but not worthy to mention.

Pros

Great job locations. Fun jobs.

Cons

Not enough support from management. Getting a reply from the corporate offices is difficult. Management does not seem to communicate with their regional managers and often no one knows what is really happening. Frustrating trying to do job with no answers to questions for days or weeks., especially if you immediate supervisor is new. Do not believe what you are promised unless it is in writing. Many broken promises. Corporation has an " I don't care attitude".

My recruitment process was great. My recruiter was very helpful and communicated with me during the entire process. The training team is very helpful and field management is always willing to help with anything.

Cons

Some of the systems and software seem to be a bit dated.
