Pros

Being a community manager is like running your own business. You get as much help or as little help you need, you just have to ask. Just like any Large or small company nothing is perfect.

Cons

Benefits for the employees could be better and less expensive. HR needs to focus on a better deal for the employees at corporate level and property.

Pros

Hard working executives that have worked for 15+ years at ELS. They deserve it and are sharp. They paid their dues working their way up the corporate ladder

Cons

Some of the companies software programs are not state of the art-requires "work-a rounds!

Pros

Some of the best people come and stay at the property. Create and maintain friendships with many of the guests.

Cons

Upper management is so out of touch it isn't funny. They only care about the all mighty dollar and not the people that work or stay at the property. Try to hire people that have actually shown their dedication other than people from the hotel/motel industry especially since this is not the same thing!
