Pros

People here are generally very helpful and collaborative. The senior leaders have a demonstrated track record of results and are focusing on areas to keep improving. Is everything perfect? Nope. Is there a lot of good work going on now and plans for the near-term? Yes indeed. Glad I'm here as I see a very bright future.

Cons

It's an entrepreneurial culture so they aren't heavy on consistent processes. It's fine, just be ready to adapt to a focus on getting work done.

Needs to increase starting pay

Pros

For upper management it's a good job, not so much for the heart and sole of the resorts. They pay minimum wage to most with no preformance raises only 2% for full time.

Cons

They treat there employees as a number, no raises, no acknowledgement what so ever.
