Avoid the drama. Very clickish management and temper tantums from grown man.

The pay was decent - Not enough to put up with disrespect and volatile upper management who cannot control his tempers and run their mouth and raise their voice while ranting and raving unprofessionally

Cons

Old clan in Phoenix office is very cliquish. HR does NOT have your back. Power trips in management who are basically ripping off mobile home park residence around the country - put people out of their homes. If you don't have a conscience or any self respect it will be a great fit. Avoid unless you are a doormat.

Cons

Run don't walk away from this company. The management is lacking leadership and authenticity. They tell you what they think you want to hear until you are fully entrenched. Once you have been there a few months, their true selves will be revealed and it is not a pretty picture. Managers are too busy to care about you and growth. The HR department isn't much better. Take something/anything else!

No Pro's - IT and HR were overworked

Cons

VERY LONG HOURS and HIGH attrition. I was sick while working and they didn't care one bit. People cursing at HR and them not doing anything to fix the toxic environment. HR Dept has people walking off every month (this is a fact - 7 this year already!) Please save yourself wasted time and energy. This place grew too quickly for its own britches. Insurance was terrible for a big company also.
