Pros
Location. Some people in some departments get to work from home sometimes.
Cons
Chicago office is disorganized and unruly. Most departments have very inefficient and old systems. Most departments are either micro managed or not managed at all. Salaries and bonuses are low. There is a ridiculously high amount of turnover. Employees in all departments are just spending their days putting out fires. No real investment into the Chicago employees, their well-being, their growth, their chances at other job opportunities. Benefits are so expensive. Middle management is not good at all, and not supportive, because they're just there because no one else was around long enough to take the job. People at all levels, except executives, are very unhappy, unproductive, and uncooperative.
