Leadership at all levels encourages us to do the right thing Good emphasis on customer service, responsive to reviews/feedback Fair pay Not the most progressive/creative culture, but still supportive and fun I feel like corporate / senior management is genuinely interested and committed

Cons

Some old properties (campgrounds) that need a lot of work. This can be frustrating for the staff but is also job security :)

Good pay, mostly great campers

Cons

Upper management will do whatever they can to get their "buddies" promoted even if it's not what's best for park. Long hours if you want to be hands on employee. Very run down parks. Expect manager to a lot with very little.
