Too many meetings where people had great ideas but no work ethic to back up those "great ideas"!

Pros

A lot of money to throw around if you know the right people. In day to day work you are dealing with people who are vacationing at your resort so most of the time they are friendly and upbeat.

Cons

Poor implementation of ideas within the company. Many resort managers had complaints dealing within the resort properties themselves. Plus their corporate office was a nightmare if you ever had to get anything done... call.. leave a message (because they are rarely at their desk).. wait at least three days... then start the long awaited process of action.

-Most of senior management team is open to new ideas -Great visibility with execs -Talented and passionate co-workers and teams across the business -Lots of pride among the Property Managers

Cons

-Toxic and/or lazy leadership especially in Asset Management, Operations, IT, and HR -Office Hybrid schedule is not really hybrid - very much butts in seats 4 days a week 8 hours a day with minimal flexibility -Low trust in HR especially leadership team -Would rather micro manage than let employees take lead -Most leaders are not receptive to feedback -Stop promoting the same people and bad leaders/managers -Awful healthcare and poor benefits
