Pay and work life balance

The salary is not worth the drain on your mental and physical well being. My experience working for this company was horrible, I was bullied and disrespected by direct supervisors to corporate department heads. There is absolutely no training. They state they have a collaborative environment but it’s just property mangers put out that they have to take time away from their duties to teach you company procedures, often you are given wrong information. Training at the corporate office is a sham.
