you get to set your own schedule, the more you put into it the more you make, If you have a good park you can make a decent living

Cons

To many meetings, micro managed, have to deal with a lot of complaints from customers about their contracts.

Direct & open communication, warm/helpful Learning and Development team, steady opportunity for growth.... the company is clearly striving as of late to improve the quality of life for its employees, everything from more thorough training, a better flow of communication from the top down & efforts to show appreciation.

Cons

Updated electronic systems, many are outdated

Strong and full leadership team, focused on the future success of their team. True care and passion for details and personal growth. Couldn't be happier with the experience coming on board. I've felt like the care is genuine and their is a true sense of family within the company.

Cons

Chicago is too cold, and Phoenix is too hot for meetings : )
