Pros

You get benefits, but have to "complete tasks" every year to keep them. For instance, last year we had to take this long survey that asked way to may personal questions. this year we have schedule a physical. It's just too much for people who already work late hours and weekends to worry about.

Cons

Everything. Pay sucks. Commission Sucks. Don't even think about getting a promotion. (unless your in the secret equity society)

Pros

Leaders are smart and kept the company strong in a rocky economy. Culture is welcoming and work-life balance is respected.

Cons

Tenure is key and long-term employees who underperform are protected. Lots and lots of clogged up hierarchies mean little opportunity to grow.

The use of technology to replace human thought and judgment
