      - management invests in employees and encourages open communication - I always feel comfortable sharing ideas or asking for guidance - many opportunities to expand my knowledge - training sessions and access to industry insights

      Cons

      No problems as long as you're willing to learn - the job requires staying informed about the latest developments in nutrition.

      Pros

      During my time I was fortunate enough to work with some pretty amazing people.

      Cons

      Erewhon, at its foundation, is highly flawed, stressful and demoralizing experience both for customers and employees. There is basically no training but they expect you to know everything. Managers have zero ideas what's going on but want to talk down to you and would belittle you. On top of those issues, favoritism has become a huge issue, which caused people to leave the company.

      Pros

      The people here are very easy to work with. The company pays above-market wages and offers good benefits plus bonuses, discounts, and other perks. It's an inclusive workplace with fair policies and likable managers.

      Cons

      Nothing major, the important things are as should be.
